If you only want to go to an Ivy League, then I would say Yale. All Yale graduate music majors get full-tuition scholarships (although you would be starting out as an undergraduate) - a lot of the teachers in the music school there also teach at Juilliard, Manhattan School of Music, SUNY Stony Brook, and other great local music schools. If you wanted to go to school for musicology/ethnomusicology, then I would recommend going to Harvard. To be honest, Ivy Schools are great...but I wouldn't say they are the best for studying Music - for Music you really need to go to a more Arts-focused school such as a conservatory. As a pianist, the BEST music schools for piano performance would be Juilliard and the Peabody Conservatory - they have (dare I say, in my opinion) far more distinguished piano faculty then any of the Ivy Leagues. Other great schools to look into for piano would be Univ of Michigan, Oberlin, and Eastman. I would highly recommend basing your school decision on the TEACHER that you would like to study, not just the Ivy League "brand". Maybe if you were going for a different major, but I would not recommend focusing too much on Ivy Leagues for music... Good luck!!

I would have to say Yale. I also recommend Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory, Juliard (good luck!), Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins, and NYU. NYU and Johns Hopkins are both Ivy-caliber, and those are both really good music programs. Keep in mind, all of these schools and programs are really competitive, so you should make sure you have some backup schools, too.
