Has anybody ever heard of the school Academy of Couture Art in California?
I was looking for a fashion school to attend in CA and came across this one. I have not read anything about the school or saw any reviews written about it on the internet? Has anybody ever been to this school? I was thinking about FIDM in Irvine, CA too though!!

I've never heard of Academy of Couture Art, but I did go to FIDM, and I would say save your money and go to a 4 year college. FIDM is so damn expensive and the teachers will say "it's not what you know, it's who you know", which made me so frustrated because if it's not what you know, then why are they charging a butt load to go there? That's just my opinion though.

In a lucid dream, can you ask your subconscious what i have learned in school
In a lucid dream, can you ask your subconscious what i have learned in school?
can you ask yourself what you learned in school as a review? would that give you more understanding? im 16 and i want to train myself to dream lucid dreams, not only for study reasons ofcourse but for pure fun. If you do sports or martial arts, or play any instruments, can you improve yourself while in your dream so that you would become better in real life? i like to ask you, what do you like to do when you are in absolute lucidity?

To answer you're question, it is possible to learn technique from dreams. In fact, I learnt to swim from dreaming. However, as a student of psychology who has done much work on freudian explanations of the unconscious, and memory, I can assure you, that you can't really use lucidity to recall memory.

Royal Driving School on 51st avenue and 99 street. They're great. Instructors are very good, and they include the road test in their cost. They'll let you do your road test pretty much whenever you want. I had mine on a sunday morning, and they spent a lot of time during practicing informing me of where the test is and what to look out for. I had no problem getting my licence.

Do you have any ideas for fun ways to review similar triangle tests with high school students
Do you have any ideas for fun ways to review similar triangle tests with high school students?
I am planning a unit on similar triangles (I teach high school geometry). Do you have any ideas of a review game or activity I could use to spend another day or two on the three similarity tests for triangles? My kids have a problem with retention and I want to spend extra time on this topic, but I don't want it to be boring. Any experience or suggestions?

Use the Symetry Examples. Symetry is a science or understanding of views and the symetry in them. It is a way to get the students thinking.
Answer 2
Make it arty. Hands on.

What is a GREAT/CHEAP online school I can attend for Computer Information Systems
I would like to go to an online school because my work schedule is beyond hectic, but everytime I think I find a school I like I start reading reviews about them being scams... I don't know where to go or where to search to go... I was looking in to Baker Online but I saw that was a scamming school too... Any ideas of school online that you'll have graduated from or are going to for computer information systems?

Which school should I go to for my MBA? University of Miami or the University of Hawaii
Which school should I go to for my MBA? University of Miami or the University of Hawaii?
Hawaii has a program that I like more and will allow me to work in Japan, which I greatly desire. However, Miami seems to be a "better" school in regards to the rankings, etc. It may also have better employment prospects. However, from what I've read on Princeton Review, the schools seem similar. Would it be better to go and do a program that fits me better or one that fits, but not as well, but will possibly offer better employment prospects. Also, Miami's program costs double that of Hawaii.

It sounds like you're leaning toward Hawaii - and if it's both a better fit for you personally and will leave you with less debt (though you do have to factor in the increased cost of living), your instincts are probably good. Rankings only mean so much if the school's not going to best prepare you for the job you want.

Miami. The reason why is that Hawaii uses a different credit system so you may have to take more classes to "catch up." My boyfriend was going to transfer when he was in HS (he was a senior) and they said that he would be classified as a junior if he transferred.......

Need reviews from Penn Foster or Miller-Motte (or other online school) grads
Need reviews from Penn Foster or Miller-Motte (or other online school) grads?
I am thinking about applying for one of the Medical Coding and Billing programs in one of these schools and would like to know if there is anyone out there who has graduated from one of them. I would really like to know how likely it is that I could get a job in that field immediately upon completing the course. How much was tuition? How helpful were the instructors? Did they help you find a job when you graduated? Any additional information that I can't find on their web sites would be really helpful. Thanks!

Most schools will have resources available to assist with the transition from school to career. However most do not find you the work. If they promise work it may be a scam. Ask each school specifically what is available to their grads. Also only consider accredited school. The school can be public or private, online or brick and mortar as long as the school is accredited and the accrediting body is recognized by the U.S. Dept of Education.

Hi. Congrats on your move to Austin. I work with beauty schools and have heard of these. They are all great schools...This should be a big help to you. We offer two great resource sites for everything you need to know about beauty schools. I pulled the schools in your area, just in case you may also be considering any outside of Austin. http://www.beautyschool.com/search/texas http://www.beautyschoolsdirectory.com/find/index.php?search=Y&fromform=Y&thisSearchPage=Find+Page&search=Y&t=3&st=TX Also, the common Q&A section on Beauty School Directory, answers almost any question you have about your career in beauty school. http://www.beautyschoolsdirectory.com/faq/ Oh! One more thing – if you want to ask questions of other beauty students, cosmetology teachers and working beauty professionals across the country, you might want to check out the Beauty School Lounge at http://lounge.beautyschoolsdirectory.com… It’s a social networking site for people interested in cosmetology and esthetics, and it’s loaded with good stuff and is great for asking questions like these.

Topping the list of the best graduate urban planning programs is the School of Architecture and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts... The University of California, Berkeley, and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill -- both public institutions often recognized for their educational excellence in many fields -- are ranked second and third, respectively. Is it okay to do album music reviews for a schoool newspaper
Is it okay to do album music reviews for a schoool newspaper?
I usually write book reviews but we're having 3 issues come out that are very close to each other. One for the end of March, an April Fools edition, and a regular April issue. Which means I'm supposed to have 3 book reviews but I don't have enough time to read three books and do three book reviews. So the question is does any other school newspaper do music or album reviews? Those are much simplier and less time consuming *Omit the extra 'o' in school
