Is there a website that reviews schools based on major?
If I know what major I want, but not sure about the school. Is there somewhere I can find out if schools are good in a particular department? My options at the moment are Chinese, French, Philosophy, Art History or History

US News usually has the most rankings available, I've seen rankings for my schools particular majors listed before from US News. Heres the site: http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/college
