Which cosmetology schools have the best reviews

Which cosmetology schools have the best reviews?
Im researching cosmetology schools to find the best one that gives me the most for my money. Which schools do you recommend?? I have an interest in Virginia Farrell because it is close to work and home but I have heard some bad reviews. Any responses are appreciated.

Cosmetology schools are not like regular schools. You get out of your education what you put into it. You want to go to a school in a busy area with as small amount of students as possible. Practice is what makes the difference, so a busy area will give you a better education than an area with few clients. The less students in the school, the more clients and attention you get. Seriously, if you want to learn a lot and be amazing, you can, or you can slack like a lot of people and just get by. Beauty schools just teach you the basics, just enough to take the state beard test. There are two books that are used in America, so you are learning the same information no matter where you go. The rest comes from you having as many clients as possible. I have seen it first hands, the busier the student is, the better they are! Aveda is supposed to be the best, but I have had my hair cut by a student who was about to graduate from there and it was the worst cut I have ever gotten! It is really up to you. Oh, and go to hair shows! This is where you get a lot of knowledge. We came back and instantly knew so much more than the students that didn't go. We taught them new things all day! So it is up to you to get the most for your money. I had a horrible, horrible teacher and still learned so much! I watched videos and used online resources, you really can teach yourself so much. Beauty supply stores also have in store classes, go to as many as you can!
