okay right, so i have to do homework for art over the break and i have been spending forever online looking for help but couldn't find any so could you help? please review these works of art: wood and undergrowth - van gogh lovely blue - hanneke floor central park in autumn - gail wells-hess coming home - dorthy fagan

okay an easy way to do an art review is to start with the Elements & Principles of Design, you know, line, shape, form, texture etc. Talk about those and how the artist uses these to protray their image. so with Wood and Undergrowth, you can say it's mono chromatic it's very texturized, -as is classic van gogh style. It's impressionism, right? what are the features that make it impressionism? don't know? then look it up on wikipedia You can also talk about what time period they are from, and what style. Intro's are always great to fill with background about the artist, and where they were in life when they painted that painting. then you break it down into three things so maybe 1) time period and style 2) elements and principles 3) and maybe put background info here, or mix and match. these are all images of nature, they are about feelings that are invoked... anyways I hope this is enough to get you started.
