You have never heard of Belmont High school in L A The most expensive school ever build in the U S of A with in months of opening it was determine it was build over old oil wells it sits empty to this day lost hundreds of millions The mostly Hispanic school board just smiled and said ''ho well''''Que'' From what i read these fools should have been jailed Many still work for the city of L A and are making well over $100.000 per year
