How long for school review process for financial aid?
I gave all my tax copies and paperwork to my school a little over a month ago for the fall 2009-Summer 2010 semester. It says I have been approved for so much money but that all my paperwork is pending to still be reviewed. Is it normal for it to take this long?

Sad to say, this year, if many other schools are like mine, yes. Many schools do not have large numbers of people to handle their financial aid applications and it can be a very long process. Add to this the economic situation that has sent thousands more people back to school and many of them filing for aid compounding the numbers of applications to be reviewed. And it takes time, a lot of time, to review student files. Trust me, those of us struggling to get through the mass of applications are no happier that it is taking longer than you are, but we are working on them daily, often at unpaid overtime, to get the students the money they need to come through our doors. Your patience is not only appreciated deeply, but will be rewarded. Many schools will also extend your payment due date if your financial aid file is not awarded, but is complete and waiting. Ask.
