If you could get paid for writing book reviews in your spare time would you do it?
Doing a survey for entreprenual studies at school, wondering if anyone would be interested in making money from home writing book reviews...Thanks!

Yes, I would do it, but the problem would be if you were on deadline and the book was really boring! I would have a very hard time reading through to the end!

Definitely. I love to read and that would be the easiest job while I'm still in school because I am constantly reading for school and leisure.

Yup. I have done and would again, if I had the time. I wrote book, movie, and music reviews until a few years ago. But now I work full-time and have a family, so it's not feasible anymore--unless it were like piecework and/or deadlines were flexible.

I am also an avid reader and an aspiring article writer. Reviewing books sounds very interesting to me too. And the money is a bonus, for sure.

I would love to do that. The only problem I see... I did that once, and I was sent a book to review that was, well, BAD. Really, really bad. Not just a little bad, not just a "needs copyediting" or something bad. Just bad from start to finish. And it was the author's very first published book. And he was so proud of it, and... I couldn't. I just couldn't bring myself to be that mean... and yet there was nothing nice to say either! In general, though, I love reviewing things!
